Booking Policy: 

By reserving a session or workshop with Freakin’ Healthy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Deposits and Payment Terms: 

Sessions: 

• A $50 deposit is required to reserve your session. This deposit will be credited toward the total session fee. 

Workshops: 

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total workshop fee is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied to the total fee. 
• For workshops booked more than 30 days in advance, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the workshop date. 
• For workshops booked within 30 days of the workshop date, full payment is required at the time of booking. 

Cancellations and Refunds: 

Sessions: 

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund of the deposit. 
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session or failure to attend (no-shows) will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 
• If Freakin’ Healthy cancels the session, the deposit will be fully refunded. 

Workshops: 

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the workshop date will qualify for a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. 
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the workshop, failure to attend (no-shows), or cancellations on the day of the workshop are not eligible for a refund. 

Rescheduling and Unforeseen Circumstances: 

Freakin’ Healthy reserves the right to reschedule sessions or workshops in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions. All payments made will be applied to the rescheduled date. Refunds or transfers will not be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or sessions/workshops impacted by such circumstances.
